Experience

Executive Coach and entrepreneur based in New York, Tristan de Terves brings more than fifteen years of leadership experience across entrepreneurship, marketing, technology, and culture. Before becoming a coach, he founded and led three successful companies, including a New York digital marketing agency serving international brands and fast-growing organizations. Today, he works with CEOs, founders, and senior leaders seeking greater clarity, confidence, and impact in times of growth, transition, or uncertainty.

Tristan helps leaders transform pressure into clarity and performance. Combining executive coaching, Positive Intelligence®, neuroscience, and strengths-based development, he supports clients in strengthening resilience, improving decision-making, and leading with greater authenticity and purpose. His approach is both strategic and deeply human, helping leaders achieve sustainable success without sacrificing well-being.

Education

Tristan graduated from the European Business School (EBS), where he studied in Paris, London, and Munich, developing an international perspective on business, leadership, and organizational dynamics. He later became a Certified Professional Coach and a certified Positive Intelligence® Coach through internationally recognized, ICF-approved programs. He continues to deepen his expertise in leadership development, neuroscience, and organizational behavior.

Born in Bangkok and raised in Indonesia, Tristan developed an early global outlook and appreciation for cultural diversity. Having lived and worked across Europe and the United States, he brings an international perspective to leadership and a strong ability to connect with people from different backgrounds and industries.
