Pascal van Dieren

Experience

Over more than thirty years, Pascal van Dieren has led companies and, above all, the people within them. As a general manager across Europe, Eastern Europe and Africa, he has built and steered teams, developed managers and guided organisations through demanding change. For six years, he was an associate in a Brussels-based interim management firm, placing and supporting executives through critical transitions. For over a decade, he has been facilitating the Oxygène peer groups for company directors at AKT – CCI Liège-Verviers-Namur — leading confidential circles where leaders work through their challenges together. It is this blend of operational leadership and hands-on human experience that he brings to those he works with.

Mission

Through Engagio, Pascal supports the people who carry the weight of the final decision. He works as an executive sparring partner, a facilitator of leadership teams and peer groups, and a strategic anchor for directors navigating high-stakes moments. Whether one-to-one or with a group, his role is the same: to listen closely, challenge assumptions, foster genuine engagement and help turn complex situations into clear, confident choices. One conviction underpins it all: important decisions deserve to be challenged.

Education

Pascal holds a Master's degree in Applied Economics from the University of Antwerp.

Culture

At ease across borders and cultures, Pascal moves naturally between Belgium's Flemish and French-speaking worlds and the international arenas in which he has worked throughout his career. Honorary Consul of France in Antwerp since 2016 and a board member of the Franco-Belgian Chamber of Commerce, he maintains a lasting dedication to community and to the ties between Belgium and France. He cultivates an approach built on proximity, discretion and straight talk, and thrives in the high-trust relationships that meaningful decisions demand. A lifelong field hockey player, he still takes to the pitch whenever he can.
