Talent Advisory - TALENT AUDIT

Nova Talenta's Talent Acquisition Audit provides a clear and structured overview of recruitment dynamics. It highlights areas of strength and friction, guiding improvements where they really matter. We take a holistic approach to the function — from attractiveness to integration — with a systemic vision that connects practices, tools and expertise.

The audit takes place in four key stages.

1. Scoping/intake phase
This first step allows us to understand the context, strategy and expectations of the company. We analyse the scope of the functions concerned, the volume and history of recruitment, and conduct a scoping interview with senior management or the HR director. This initial assessment is supplemented by the collection of documentation (organisation charts, job offers, existing processes).

2. Listening and observation phase
We meet with key players – executives, managers, HR and operational staff – to understand actual practices and perceptions.
This phase allows us to assess the interactions between managers and HR, the level of management, and the fluidity of the candidate journey, from the expression of need to integration.

3. Analysis and diagnosis phase
The data collected is compared with market standards and the maturity of the sector. We assess the performance of processes (sourcing, selection, onboarding, follow-up), the relevance of tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) and the consistency of the employer brand, both internally and externally.

4. Feedback phase and action plan
The results are presented during a structured feedback session with the management committee. Recommendations are classified according to impact and feasibility, accompanied by an implementation plan spanning several months, to move from diagnosis to concrete and measurable action.
