Overseeing an international expansion plan, including opening subsidiaries and structuring local teams.

Leading a cross-functional digitalisation programme (ERP, CRM, automation).

Post-acquisition integration: aligning cultures, harmonising processes and optimising synergies.

Turnaround of a loss-making entity or subsidiary following a strategic audit.

Temporary replacement of a key executive (CEO, COO) to ensure continuity and restore confidence.
Finance & Administration
Profiles: Chief Financial Officer/CFO, Vice President of Management Control, Director of Financial Control, Director of Treasury & Cash Management, Director of Internal Audit & Compliance.
Assignments:

Strengthening financial reporting and performance management.

Optimising cash management and financing structure.
