Roles and responsibilities

General management & transformation

Profiles: Chief Executive Officer, Business Unit Director, Transformation Director, Programme Director/PMO, Post-Acquisition Integration Director, Restructuring Director.

Assignments:

  • Overseeing an international expansion plan, including opening subsidiaries and structuring local teams.

  • Leading a cross-functional digitalisation programme (ERP, CRM, automation).

  • Post-acquisition integration: aligning cultures, harmonising processes and optimising synergies.

  • Turnaround of a loss-making entity or subsidiary following a strategic audit.

  • Temporary replacement of a key executive (CEO, COO) to ensure continuity and restore confidence.

 

Finance & Administration

Profiles: Chief Financial Officer/CFO, Vice President of Management Control, Director of Financial Control, Director of Treasury & Cash Management, Director of Internal Audit & Compliance.
Assignments:

  • Strengthening financial reporting and performance management.

  • Optimising cash management and financing structure.

  • Overhauling management control to support growth or prepare for fundraising.

  • Implementing a recovery or cost-cutting plan in a context of budgetary constraints.

  • Renegotiating debts, supplier contracts or banking terms to ensure financial viability.

 

Human Resources & Organisation

Profiles: Human Resources Director/HR Director, Senior HR Business Partner, Recruitment Director/Talent Acquisition.
Assignments:

  • Creating or reorganising an HR function to support transformation or growth.

  • Implementation of an effective Talent Acquisition organisation (processes, tools, KPIs).

  • Management of a tense social climate or collective conflict.

  • Post-acquisition cultural support: harmonisation of practices and internal communication.

  • Implementation of managerial development or key talent assessment programmes.
